Pilates Core Bed Beginner's Guide

Target audience: White collar workers who lack exercise - sitting in the office all year round can cause muscle loss, leading to lower back pain and body deformation. Core bed exercises help to re stretch tense muscles, while also practicing muscle endurance, balancing body pressure, and correcting posture.

Adjusting spring resistance: Different colors represent different resistance: yellow 5-10kg, green 10-20kg, red 20kg. The farther the gear is, the greater the resistance (release the spring when not in use to extend its lifespan)

2. Apply a towel to wipe the bed surface before and after, extend the use of leather, and do not wear clothes with hard metal on the bed.

3. After adjusting the height of the pole, make sure it clicks into place.
