A multi-functional trainer, also known as a comprehensive training machine, typically consists of a main frame connected to front and rear supports. On top of the main frame is an adjustable column with angled and curved sections. The inclined upper part connects to the arm assembly, while the other end is fixed to the middle of the main structure. The lower body of the main frame sits at the front base, with the upper section following the body's natural curves. A cushion is mounted at the front of the frame and is movable via a pull pin between two arm components. The adjustable column connects to a resistance band base via an angled pull pin on the adjuster. One end of the base connects to a set of elastic resistance bands.
