Which seemingly unpopular gym equipment actually provides excellent training results?

Fixed-weight machines are generally suitable for most people. Gyms mainly have two types of equipment: free weights, such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bars, and medicine balls; and fixed-weight machines, which are more numerous than free weights. Free weights focus more on flexibility and comprehensive training, requiring higher levels of physical fitness, strength, balance, and stability, so they are generally not recommended for beginners unless under the guidance of a coach. Fixed-weight machines, on the other hand, usually have tracks, and their movement trajectories are fixed, so there's no need to worry about balance and stability. They are easy for beginners to use and less prone to errors.
